I like the new name!

Our Bishop thought it was pretty funny! He let us hang it up in the display case by his office. Everyone who has seen it thinks it's totally sweet!

very cool. You should put up a picture with the title of you two when you were on a hike last year.

Hey girl!!! I was just catching up with your life and you have been up to a LOT lately! You seem to be so happy and busy! I can't believe you actually DELIVERED a BABY all by YOURSELF!!!! Not a lot of people can say that! I NEVER will-that's for dang sure! That's awesome though! As for the tiredness goes from working out.... YES your body creates endorphins that DOES give you more energy! Not at first. You have to build a routine. But after 9 weeks, you SHOULD start to feel more energized! Try to exercise consistantly, and eat every 3-4 hours. Lastly, an adult should get around 8 hours of sleep, so if you have all these things in check, then it's prob. how you are working out. Either you are pushing yourself too hard or not hard enough! OR, maybe your body just doens't cope well with working some nights but not others; and it can't recoop in time. Good luck though. That's good that you have stuck with a program for 9 weeks solid though! Props to ya! You look great and I Love you green pasta, even if it IS Spinach pasta! ;)
